Pit Pass

What happens behind the scenes? The crew is constantly working on something! New parts are built, some parts are fixed and there are always preparations for the next race. Shocks will be an option for the first time on the kage karts. This will present a new challenge to the drivers and crew. As a result, Crowell Bros. Racing have built new chassis for the 2007 season.

This is the first full season running the Hornet. Matthew is really applying everything he has learned very quickly. By age, this is his last year in the Youth Hornet and next year he is eligible to run the Junior Hornet, so he needs to learn as much as possible and just get seat time.

Sacrifice - on and off the track: The kids both learned a huge lesson about sacrifice recently. Each of them missed a points race in order to help our friends in Greensburg, Kansas. From previous experience, we know that missing points racing can really make a season difficult. However, with the amount of devastation in Greensburg, it was also easy to see where the priority was and the need to assist as much as we could.
